All of the following packages include studio lighting as deemed appropriate by the photographer, perspective correction, basic retouching, and delivery by email within 48 hours of the shoot (usually sooner!). The packages include Signature Photography, and additional free Web Resolution Artistic Detail Photos of the property.

Signature images are delivered at 2000 pixels (print up to 8 inches) web details photos are 400 pixels (email and web use only). Subject of the free detail photos will be determined by the photographer as the spirit moves him!

After you see the photos, you can also add:

• Upgrade a detail photo to 2000 pixel Signature Image - $50-each.

• Upgrade rights to include 4000 pixels (print up to 16 inches) for all signature images, and international use until the property sells - $250/Package.

This no hassle web photo service is designed to minimize your trouble and maximize exposure to your listing. We will look after all of the technical aspects and deliver your images by email ready to add directly to your promotional web page.

How It Works…
We will take professional digital photos with available light and some supplemental lighting. Computer retouching and perspective corrections are included. Images will be sized for easy display and fast loading on your web pages and emailed directly to you. You can post your images to your page whenever you are ready.

What You Do…
Just let us in! All you really have to do is arrange for our photographer to gain access to your property and we’ll take it from there. You don’t even have to be there if our photographer can get in using an access code or pick up a key. You should make sure that the property has been cleaned, and that any props (flowers, table settings, etc.) you want in the photos are present. The only other thing you have to do is check your email to collect your photos.

Here’s what we’ll need to know…Your name, phone number, and email address, the address of the listing to be photographed, how our photographer will gain access to your property, and when your property will be available to shoot. You can pay cheque, or by credit card via Fury Photos “Online Invoice”
Your photos will be turned around and sent to you within 48 hours of the shooting date.
